Directions: My office is located on the 2nd floor of the Professional Building in Kingsland Plaza. The strip mall has a Shoppers Drug Mart, Cob’s Bread, and Starbucks for landmarks. Doors to the Professional Building are located next to the Medical Clinic. There are both stairs and an elevator to reach the second floor. Free parking is available on site.
Public Transportation
If you are coming by public transportation, the office is located on the #3 bus route.

My practice offers online appointment booking for clients. This allows you to book and manage your own appointments (at your convenience) from my website, based on our individual availability.

Help in a Crisis
I am not available for emergencies and do not provide an urgent service. If you need to speak immediately with a mental health professional, please call the 24-hour crisis line at the Distress Centre. They can be reached at (403) 266-4357.
If you think that you are not able to keep yourself safe or you are at risk to harm others, please proceed to the Urgent Care Clinic at South Calgary Health Centre or Sheldon Chumir Health Centre. If this is a medical emergency, please proceed to the Emergency Department at your nearest hospital or call 9 1 1 to transport you.
