Healing through connection. Growing through clarity.

Welcome to Emotional Wellness Therapy!

Supporting Clients Through In‑Person Sessions in Calgary and Virtual Therapy Across Alberta

Where your story is met with compassion, and your healing begins with being understood.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin —but something inside them is ready for change.

  • Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or persistent negative thinking that makes it hard to feel grounded or hopeful?
  • Is your child or teen facing emotional challenges, behavioural shifts, or school‑related stress that leaves you worried or unsure how to support them?
  • Are you navigating the complexities of ADHD, neurodivergence, or unresolved experiences from your past that continue to shape how you think, feel, or relate to others?
  • Are you a professional carrying heavy responsibilities — the kind that require you to stay composed, capable, and available for others even when you are exhausted inside?
  • Do you feel worn down by parenting stress, relationship ruptures, or work‑related burnout — the kind that shows up as exhaustion, irritability, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people you care about?

If these words reflect your own story, I offer a space where it can be heard, understood, and gently held. Therapy here is more than a service — it is a relationship built on trust, presence, and emotional safety.

If these experiences resonate with you or someone you love, I support people across different stages of life and emotional needs, each carrying their own story and longing for relief, clarity, and connection.

Who I Support

I work with:

  • Individuals seeking clarity, grounding, and emotional resilience
  • Couples wanting to strengthen communication, trust, and intimacy
  • Parents navigating stress, conflict, or child mental health concerns
  • Children and teens experiencing emotional, behavioural, or school‑related challenges
  • Neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD
  • High‑responsibility professionals — including healthcare providers, physicians to lawyers, accountants, executives, educators, caregivers, and others who carry significant emotional and relational demands
  • Families healing from rupture, burnout, or intergenerational patterns

Whether you are in Calgary or connecting from elsewhere in Alberta, therapy with me is accessible, secure, and tailored to your needs.

No matter what brings you here, therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you and create meaningful, lasting change.

What We Can Work Toward Together

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we focus on the areas of growth and healing that feel most important to you:

  • Emotional clarity, connection, and regulation
  • Improved communication and intimacy
  • Reconnecting with yourself and those you love
  • Healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma
  • Understanding your emotional needs and attachment patterns
  • Managing stress, conflict, and emotional overwhelm
  • Building sustainable coping strategies, healthy boundaries, and emotional balance — especially when life or work feels demanding
  • Strengthening bonds between parents and children
  • Navigating neurodivergence, especially ADHD, with confidence
  • Moving through grief, burnout, and major life transitions with resilience

Each session is shaped around your unique experiences, strengths, and hopes for change.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood. Many are individuals, parents, couples, or high‑responsibility professionals who spend much of their lives supporting others. My approach is gentle, grounded, and attuned to your emotional rhythm. I do not offer quick fixes or surface‑level advice — instead, I help you build emotional resilience, deepen self‑awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

You can expect:

  • A warm, non-judgmental environment
  • Clear guidance and collaborative goal-setting
  • Practical tools for managing emotional overwhelm, panic, and persistent low mood
  • Support for navigating family dynamics, trust issues, and intimacy challenges

Each session is a space to reconnect — with yourself, your relationships, and your inner truth.

Why Emotional Wellness Therapy

I have dedicated my career to helping people heal from emotional wounds and rediscover their capacity for connection — including many high‑responsibility professionals who spend their days caring for others, making complex decisions, or holding significant emotional and relational demands. My work is relational, trauma‑informed, and grounded in compassion and clinical expertise.

Whether you are facing emotional dysregulation, attachment injuries, communication challenges, or simply want to feel more grounded and connected, Emotional Wellness Therapy offers a safe place to begin. Healing becomes possible when you are met with care.

Therapy with me is a place to feel seen, supported, and gently guided toward clarity and emotional steadiness. Together, we will make sense of what feels heavy and create space for healing, growth, and more connected ways of living
